Comfy Furniture Station Offer  Free Ground Shipping When you purchase Over $99 in Mosts areas of New York City !! You Will See More Detail on checkout Page .  If your Residential address exceeds the free shipping area we offer,we only charge start from $9 dollars 

ALL merchandise as long as you have an Assembly service ,we will bring the merchandise into your house,unpack it,Assembly it,place it where the Homeowner wants it to go,We will  take all the packaging when We leave .

There are some products that we have to assembled before we can delivery it to you .

Unfortunately ,Taking away the old furniture is not within our service.

 Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes ! Need to modify your Jkcomfyfurniture.com order? Changed your mind and want to cancel it? We've got you covered.  , you can simply cancel your order within ( approximately 3 hours )  of the time you placed it ,Its easy ! All you need to do its send Us An email included your reason for cancellation and phone number you filled on your invoice, we will receive it and will respond to your message immedeiately, The Refund(100%) will be Automaticallly refunded to your bank account within 7 to 15 business days.

1 *  35% Deposit is required for all pre orders ( Except For Customers Who Place orders on the website )

2 * The Deposit for all customer is Valid for 30 days

3 * All Products that customer have paid,comfy furniture station can only help you keep it for 30 days

4 *  IF The  Merchandise(Pre- Order ) Has  Shipped From Warehouse before you contact Us ,Unfortunate  you can Only Refund  15% at a rate of 35%  of your Deposit. 

 5 * IF The Merchandise (Pre- Order) Has Not Shipped From Warehouse before you contact Us , you can Refund  100% of  your Deposit.

 6 *  The Price of all Merchandise does Not include Assembly Service 

7 * Once We Receive your shopping List, We will Email you  to contact us ,  we will try to arrange and Match the time   you want to Delivery And  Assembly It For you

8 *  ​Assembly pricing starts at $ 0-100 or more ,( Assembly costs can only be Paid in cash to Driver of the Delivery day)

  9 * contact comfy furniture station by email or phone in advance for delivery and installation service

 10 *  The delivery fee can not be refunded after Merchandise that are delivered

 11* All Customer has the same Invoice as the Comfy Furniture Station ,and the customer signs  the terms of the customer's consent to the comfy furniture station's Policy ,and the customer confirms the purchase of the goods you has purchased and signs the invoice for the Comfy Furniture Station .

12* Merchandise cannot be Delivered without a signature ( signer must be 18 years old or Older ) 

13 * It is The Customer's Responsibility To Check That All Merchandise Must be Signed Without Defects Or Damage

14 * contact comfy furniture station immediately if any damage is found on purchased Merchandise (  Do not Assembly It And contact Us )  

15 * Comfy Furniture station Not Responsible For Your Own Assembled Merchandise.
